The ubiquitous technologies are changing constantly, resulting in countless innovations. Therefore, it is demanding to rethink the integration of emerging tools, such as smartphones or tablets, combined with innovative methodologies in the educational context. If our students bring their mobile devices daily to school, then why not integrate these handheld devices in their own learning process? As teachers we are given the task to make education a more involving and personalised process according to student's specific needs. Thus, we carried out an experience in the Mathematics classroom - 8th grade of Geometry, by implementing an innovative teaching method – flipped classroom or inverted class– changing the usual classroom paradigm and using online educational tools. The main idea consists of passing the basic knowledge outside of the classroom and using the lesson time to do activities that deepen that knowledge.
