1. RETROSPECTIVA RELEVANTE: A MEIA-VIDA CALCULADA DE GH
ENDÓGENO FOI POSITIVAMENTE RELACIONADA À CONCENTRAÇÃO
SÉRICA DE ESTRADIOL. DURANTE O CICLO MENSTRUAL, NÍVEIS DE
ESTRADIOL E GHBP (HORMÔNIO DE CRESCIMENTO DE LIGAÇÃO À
PROTEÍNA) MOSTRAM RELAÇÃO INVERSA OU NENHUMA, AINDA QUE
ESTRÓGENO EXÓGENO ELEVE OS NÍVEIS DE GHBP (HORMÔNIO DE
CRESCIMENTO DE LIGAÇÃO À PROTEÍNA).
RETROSPECTIVA RELEVANTE: GH de ligação à proteína é uma proteína
transportadora para o GH. É codificada pelo mesmo gene como receptor
do GH. Os baixos níveis de proteína de ligação do GH podem indicar um
problema do receptor do GH, e, assim, uma insensibilidade ao GH, ao
invés de uma deficiência do GH. Níveis séricos normais de GHBP –
Growth Hormone Binding Protein-3 pode descartar insensibilidades de
GH, como aqueles vistos em síndrome de Laron. Em estudos efetuados, a
média de concentração integrada de GH para 22 mulheres na pré-
menopausa sem nenhuma medicação foi 3,0 + 1,6 ng/ml, que é
significativamente inferior à média de 6,6 + 2,9 ng/ml para dez mulheres
recebendo contraceptivos orais e significativamente maiores que as
médias de 1,5 + 0,75 ng/ml para cinco mulheres pós-menopausadas e 1,8

sérico e hormônio luteinizante (LH).

Embora os níveis de GH circulante sejam correlacionados ao LH, FSH e
estrógenos durante o ciclo ovariano em humanos, a administração de

3. GH para mulheres não influenciou marcantemente as concentrações de
LH, FSH, testosterona ou globulina ligante dos hormônios esteróides
durante o ciclo menstrual. O estrógeno pode estimular a secreção de GH
em mulheres adultas por estimular a liberação de GHRH (hormônio
liberador ou secretor hipotalâmico de GH) ou inibir a liberação de
somatostatina (hormônio inibidor de GH e TSH). Os estrógenos podem
também estimular a secreção de GH em adultos por inibir a produção
hepática de IGF-1 (fator de crescimento semelhante à insulina), também
conhecido como somatomedina ou IGF (do inglês: Insulin-like growth
factor) e assim reduzir a retroalimentação negativa. O estrógeno pode
também estimular a secreção de GH por dessensibilizar a glândula
hipofisária ao hormônio tireoestimulante (TRH), já que a secreção de GH
é paradoxalmente aumentada pelo TRH em mulheres tomando
contraceptivos orais com baixa dose de estrógeno. A disfunção ovariana
em mulheres é muitas vezes associada à secreção alterada de GH. Por
ex., muitas mulheres anovulatórias são hipossomatotróficas (DGH, e, por
conseguinte, possuem baixa estatura e em geral envelhecem mais
precocemente).
A importância determinante da atividade somatotrófica pode ser o
balanço das concentrações de estradiol e progesterona, mais do que a
concentração de estradiol isoladamente, já que o estradiol aumenta a

4. frequência de pulso de GH e a amplitude quando administrado sozinho,
mas não quando administrado com a progesterona que é androgênica. É
compreensível que alguns leitores não captem a profundidade dos
benefícios deste estudo, mas para concluir a importância dessas
percepções que são profundamente maravilhosas, pois a somatória e a
logística deste mecanismo perfeito estimula uma intensa melhora na
qualidade de vida, uma regulação fina de substâncias primordiais, um
prolongamento da vida com bom estado orgânico, melhora do perfil
muscular, cognitivo, com imbricações neurais mais eficientes, evitando
também osteopenia, osteoporose, e uma infinidade de patologias
diretamente envolvidas. E o motivo é muito interessante, pois todos os
órgãos sensoriais estão interligados, além do que essas ligações
envolvem em primeiro lugar as oito substâncias secretadas pelo
hipotálamo e cada uma dessas substâncias envolve uma grande
quantidade de hormônios secretados por glândulas contíguas que
praticamente envolvem todas as substâncias que dão suporte à vida
humana, fazendo com que crianças, infantis, juvenis e púberes cresçam,
amadureçam e como adultas reproduzam, ganhem músculos, fortaleçam
os ossos, produzam células saudáveis, tenham um melhor perfil (shape),
diminuam células lipídicas (obesas) e muito mais, simples ainda, colocam
em dúvida substâncias não utilizadas quando efetuada, por ex., uma
histerectomia, mesmo que antigamente se achava a princípio
desnecessária embora os estudos estejam em evolução.

PROTEIN) SHOW RESPECT OR NO REVERSE, EVEN RAISE EXOGENOUS
ESTROGEN LEVELS GHBP (GROWTH HORMONE-BINDING PROTEIN).

RETROSPECTIVE MATERIAL: GHBP is a carrier protein for GH - growth
hormone. It is encoded by the same gene as the GH receptor - growth
hormone. The low protein binding GH receptor may indicate a problem
of GH, and thus insensitivity to GH, rather than a DGH. Normal serum
Growth Hormone Binding Protein-3 can discard insensitivities GH -
growth hormone, such as those seen in Laron syndrome. In studies
conducted, the average integrated concentration of GH for 22
premenopausal women with no medication was 3.0 ± 1.6 ng/ml, which is
significantly lower than the average of 6.6 + 2 9 ng/ml for ten women
receiving oral contraceptives and significantly higher than the average of
1.5 + 0.75 ng/ml for five postmenopausal and 1.8 ± 1.0 ng/ml for 16
adult men and women. The authors' interpretation of the data of
integrated concentrations of GH indicates that estrogen results in
increased GH concentration. Women taking oral contraceptives have
integrated concentration of GH significantly lower than women
significantly higher than premenopausal women not taking oral
contraceptives, while normal men and postmenopausal women had
integrated GH concentrations normal without the use of oral
contraceptives.

6. Frequency episodic release of GH is increased during periovulatory phase
of the menstrual cycle. The pulsatile GH production and the mean serum
GH concentration is thus significantly increased prior to ovulation and
positively correlated with changes in serum estradiol and luteinizing
hormone (LH) way.

Although the levels of circulating GH to be correlated to LH, FSH and
estrogen during ovarian cycle in humans, administration of GH to
women not markedly influence the concentrations of LH, FSH, or
testosterone binding globulin steroid hormone (TBGSH) during the
menstrual cycle. Estrogen can stimulate GH secretion in adult women by
stimulating the release of GHRH (hypothalamic releasing or secreting

7. GH) or inhibit the release of somatostatin (a hormone inhibitor of GH
and TSH). Estrogens can also stimulate GH secretion in adult to inhibit
hepatic production of IGF-1 (insulin-like growth factor, also known as
somatomedin or IGF (English: Insulin-like growth factor), thus reducing
the negative feedback. The estrogen may also stimulate GH secretion by
desensitizing the pituitary gland thyroid stimulating hormone (TRH),
since GH secretion is paradoxically enhanced by TRH in women taking
oral contraceptives with low doses of estrogen. The ovarian dysfunction
in women is often associated with altered secretion of GH, for ex., many
women are anovulatory hipossomatotróficas. (GHD, and therefore has a
low overall height and age earlier) the crucial importance of
somatotroph activity may be the balance of concentrations estradiol and
progesterone, more than the concentration of estradiol alone, since
estradiol increases GH pulse frequency and amplitude when
administered alone, but not when administered with androgenic
progestin.
It's understandable that some readers do not capture the depth of the
benefits of this study, but to understand the importance of these
perceptions are profoundly wonderful because the sum and the logistics
of this perfect mechanism stimulates a marked improvement in quality
of life, a fine regulation of primordial substances, prolongation of life
with good organic status, improves the muscular, cognitive profile, with
more efficient neural complexity, also preventing osteopenia,
osteoporosis, and a multitude of pathologies directly involved. And the

8. reason is very interesting because all sensory organs are interconnected,
beyond those involving first eight substances secreted by the
hypothalamus and each of these substances involve a large amount of
hormones secreted by glands contiguous leads that practically involves
all substances that support human life, causing infantile, juvenile,
pubescent and children grow, mature, reproducing adults, gain muscle,
strengthen bones, producing healthy cells, have a better profile (shape),
decrease fat cells (obese) and more, simple, cast doubt on substances
not used as a hysterectomy performed, for ex., even though formerly
they were unnecessary principle although studies are in progress.
