1. ALTURA BAIXA: IMPORTÂNCIA DA AUXOLOGIA; IGF-1 E GH EFEITO NOS
CONDRÓCITOS PÓS NATAL, CRIANÇA, INFANTIL, JUVENIL NOS DIVERSOS
E DIFERENTES ESTÁGIOS DE DIFERENCIAÇÃO NAS CÉLULAS EPIFISEAIS DO
CRESCIMENTO HISTOLÓGICO NA FORMAÇÃO DA MATRIZ EPIFISÁRIA
(GROWTH PLATE).
Primeiro, as
As
do tecido conjuntivo.
miostatina. O crescimento muscular é estimulado pelo fator IGF-1 e
limitado pela miostatina. A partir desses conhecimentos é possível
modular o crescimento
muscular por meio de vários
procedimentos, como, p. ex.:
introduzindo-se nas células
musculares novas cópias do
gene do fator IGF-1,
utilizando-se técnicas
aplicadas na terapia gênica; os
condrócitos (do grego
chondros cartilagem + kytos
celular) são as únicas células
encontradas na cartilagem
saudável.
Eles produzem e mantêm a
matriz cartilaginosa, que
consiste principalmente de
colágeno e proteoglicanos. O
progenitor de condrócitos (que
são células-tronco
mesenquimais) também
podem se diferenciar em
vários tipos celulares,
incluindo osteoblastos. A
organização dos condrócitos
dentro da cartilagem difere
dependendo do tipo de
cartilagem e de onde são
encontrados.
O efeito
estimulatório do GH e do IGF-1 insulin-like growth factor-1, agem sobre
efeito do IGF-1 insulin-like growth factor-1 é considerado, o que indica
para o IGF-1 insulin-like growth factor-1 (Ohlsson et al). Hoje sabemos

During development, the long bones form by a process that is known as
endochondral ossification, which literally means "bone formation within
cartilage". First, the mesenchymal cells condense and then differentiate
as chondrocytes to form cartilage model of the bone. The mesenchymal
cells are the precursors of developing connective tissue cells. GH,
abbreviated GH (growth hormone, in English), also called somatotropin
or somatotrophin (ST), is a protein and a peptide hormone synthesized
and secreted by the anterior pituitary gland. The hormone stimulates
the growth and cell reproduction in humans and other vertebrates. IGF-1
is a protein growth factor that acts regulating the growth of muscle cells
5. in combination with myostatin. Muscle growth is stimulated by IGF-1
factor and limited by myostatin. From such knowledge is possible to
modulate muscle growth through various procedures, such as:
introducing yourself in the muscle cells new copies of the IGF-1 gene
factor, using techniques applied in gene therapy; chondrocytes (cartilage
Greek chondros + cell kytos) are the only cells found in the healthy
cartilage. They produce and maintain the cartilaginous matrix, which
primarily consists of collagen and proteoglycans. The parent
chondrocytes (which are mesenchymal stem cells) may also differentiate
into various cell types including osteoblasts. The organization of
chondrocytes in cartilage differs depending on the type of cartilage and
where they are located. Proteoglycans are intracellular proteins to
glycosaminoglycans (the structures having one of the amino sugars and
typically sulphated) have a high quantity of negative charge, and
therefore eventually a cloud of attracting ions, which are attracted as
sodium brings with it that water molecules. This ability to attract cations
of glycosaminoglycans and proteoglycans water gives the function of
giving a hydrated extracellular matrix characteristic. In addition,
proteoglycans have the function of giving stiffness matrix, resisting
compression and filling spaces. Some proteoglycans may still be
anchored in the membrane, can bind to growth factors and other
proteins serve as a signal to the cells. They can also form gels that act as
a filter to regulate the passage of molecules through the extracellular
milieu, and can also lock activating cell migration or guidance through
the matrix. There is no disagreement that the GH is the most important
hormone stimulates longitudinal bone or GH interacts directly with the
cell growth and peripheral tissues (Isaksson et al) plate. The stimulatory
effect of GH and IGF-1 insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), insulin-like
growth factor-1, act on cells in epifiseal region of the growth plate,
however, was reported in the differentiation stage between
chondrocytes. This is supported by the finding that GH but not IGF-1
insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), stimulates the formation of large
colonies of cells isolated from proximal end of the growing rabbit
6. (Lindahl, Nilsson & Isaksson) plate. In addition, “in vitro” GH is able to
induce cell division in cells of the germ layer is shown, although no effect
of IGF-1 insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), is considered, which
indicates that, in addition to prechondrocytes cells are the target
population for IGF-1 insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), (Ohlsson et
al).Today we know that in addition to the GH-IGF-1 axis are not the only
factors involved in growth, as several hormonal substances and other
biological actions also act on the cartilage causing grow.
