existem outros fatores
que fazem parte do
mecanismo metabólico
orgânico. Na fisiologia
do organismo se
destacam dois IGFs, o
IGF-1 e o IGF-2. IGF-1 é
realmente uma
estrutura natural
destaca, sobretudo, no crescimento somático, tanto no período
A localização específica do
2. gene IGF-1 é no braço longo do cromossomo 12, além disso, o GH-

The longitudinal growth in greater importance is attached to the growth
hormone -GH , as well as external factors in humans there are other
factors that are part of the organic metabolic mechanism . In the
physiology of the body stand two IGFs , IGF -1 and IGF -2 . IGF - 1 is
actually a natural molecular insulin-like structure is also called insulin-like
growth factor 1 and the other is the growth factor insulin-like 2 ( IGF - 2 ) .
Although not equal exhibit a similarity in structure between them of 70 %
and a similarity of 50% at the stage of proinsulin . But there is a difference
in their vital functions characterized by an important role in somatic
growth , or IGF -2 exerts its functions intrauterine period, however , IGF -1
excels especially in somatic growth , both the intrauterine period , when it
is synthesized independently of GH , as in the postnatal period , when the
synthesis of IGF - 1 is strict and strictly controlled by growth hormone GH-
own . The specific location of the IGF -1 gene is the long arm of
chromosome 12 , moreover , the growth of , or somatotropin hormone
GH- 191 complex , its synthesis encourages the growth plate itself , which
has a paracrine effect ( a paracrine hormone is a molecule produced by a
cell for it to act on neighboring cells. paracrine effect has the function of
supplying the need for a set of adjacent cells by a high concentration of
hormones without compromising other body cells with possible toxicity) ,
this fact is extremely important , in other words, the growth hormone GH -
not affect other cells , so will not compromise the hepatocytes (liver cells),
4. increasing the growth plate by the systemic circulation. In the
bloodstream , IGF - 1 circulates bound to two other factors produced in
the liver in response to stimulation of growth hormone - GH : a binding
protein of insulin-like growth factor 3 (IGFBP3) and acid labile subunit
(ALS). The formation of this factor 3 (ternary) complex increases the half
life of IGF-1 for 10 minutes efficiency to over 12 hours. These details
above give us the peace of efficiency without organic impairment in
humans.
