Início da Operação Comercial do projeto Triângulo Mineiro
A CTEEP – Companhia de Transmissão de Energia Elétrica Paulista (B3: TRPL3, TRPL4) (“ISA
CTEEP”, “Companhia”) vem a público informar o início da operação comercial do projeto
Triângulo Mineiro, que pertence a IEMG, subsidiária 100% ISA CTEEP, com 20 meses de
antecipação em relação ao prazo estabelecido pela Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica
(“ANEEL”). Desta forma, a Companhia energiza parcialmente e passa a ser remunerada pelo
lote 7 do leilão de transmissão 002/2019, realizado em dezembro de 2019, ao obter do
Operador Nacional do Sistema Elétrico (“ONS”), em 21 de agosto de 2023, o Termo de
Liberação de Receita (“TLR”) de parcela significativa da sua operação.
O projeto Triângulo Mineiro está localizado no estado de Minas Gerais e contempla duas
linhas de transmissão com 158 quilômetros de extensão e quatro subestações digitais, sendo
três subestações novas e a ampliação de uma subestação pertencente à outra transmissora
que, juntas, totalizam 1.600 MVA de potência.
O TLR faz jus ao recebimento de 70% da Receita Anual Permitida (“RAP”) de R$ 42 milhões
(ciclo tarifário 2023/2024) com valores a receber retroativos ao dia 14 de julho de 2023. A
margem EBITDA estimada da IEMG após entrada em operação do projeto Triângulo Mineiro
é de aproximadamente 80%. O investimento realizado até o momento foi de
aproximadamente R$ 450 milhões. O regime de tributação é de lucro presumido com
consolidação integral na ISA CTEEP. O projeto foi integralmente financiado por meio de
debêntures verdes de infraestrutura emitidas na acionista.

NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Triângulo Mineiro – beginning of operations
CTEEP – Companhia de Transmissão de Energia Elétrica Paulista (B3: TRPL3, TRPL4) (“ISA
CTEEP”, “Company”) hereby announces the beginning of Triângulo Mineiro’s Project
operations 20 months ahead of the deadline established by ANEEL, the Brazilian electricity
regulatory agency. The Project is owned by IEMG, ISA CTEEP’s whole owned subsidiary.
Therefore, the Company partially energized and is entitled to be financially compensated for
lot 7 of the energy transmission auction 002/2019, held in December 2019, after obtaining,
on August 21, 2023, from the National Electric System Operator (“ONS”), the Revenue Release
Term (“TLR”) of a significant part of its operations.
The Project is located in Minas Gerais and consists on the construction of two transmission
lines with 158 km and four digital substations, of which three are new and the expansion of
one substation that belongs to another transmission company, totaling 1,600 MVA power.
The TLP is entitled to receive 70% of its R$ 42 million (2023/2024 RAP cycle) Permitted Annual
Revenue (“RAP”) with amounts retroactive to July 14, 2023. IEMG has an estimated EBITDA
margin of near 80%. Up until now the Project’s investment was of approximately R$ 450
million. The taxation regime is based on presumed profit and consolidated at ISA CTEEP. The
project was fully financed through green infrastructure debentures issued by ISA CTEEP.
The Company reiterates its commitment to sustainable value generation through projects that
contribute to the expansion and the safety of the electricity transmission system in Brazil.
