3. O adjetivo sempre precedo o substantivo que ele qualifica. I know some corrupt politicians . (Eu conheço alguns políticos corruptos.) We live in a wonderful country . (Nós moramos num país maravilhoso.) Many young girls prefer long hair . (Muitas jovens preferem cabelos longos.)

4. Quando há mais de um adjetivo qualificando um substantivo, devemos lembrar que existem adjetivos de fato e de opinião . Os de fato, (idade, tamanho, cor, origem, etc.) que dão informações sobre características de um substantivo, vem sempre antes deste. Os de opinião, que traduzem a idéia que alguém tem sobre determinado substantivo, precedem os adjetivos de opinião.
