Cláusula Primeira – Através do presente, reconhece expressamente o
DEVEDOR(A) que possui uma dívida a ser paga à CREDORA, consubstanciada

que devidamente atualizada com juros e correção monetária, perfaz a quantia de

conforme as condições previstas neste contrato.
Parágrafo primeiro – O DEVEDOR(A) neste ato, declara que o débito

que o valha, até cinco dias úteis após a assinatura do presente instrumento.
Cláusula Segunda – O crédito que a CREDORA possui contra o DEVEDOR(A) é
originário da compra de

Cláusula Terceira – O não pagamento, no vencimento, de qualquer parcela
mencionada, fará com que o DEVEDOR(A) incorra em mora, sujeitando-se desta
forma a protesto dos títulos emitidos conforme as condições aqui estabelecidas, ou
2. ainda a inclusão dos registros nos órgãos restritivos de crédito, cobranças
extrajudiciais ou judiciais que se fizerem necessárias, independentemente de
notificação. Incidirá também a cobrança de multa moratória de 2% sobre o total do
débito existente à época, juros de 1% ao mês, atualização monetária, honorários
advocatícios, estes na base de 20%, bem como no vencimento antecipado das
parcelas vincendas, independentemente de aviso ou interpelação.
Cláusula Quarta – O presente contrato passa a vigorar entre as partes a partir da
assinatura do mesmo.
Clausula Quinta – Com o cumprimento do pagamentos do presente acordo, as
partes se darão mutua e recíproca quitação, para nada mais reclamar uma da outra,
especialmente no que tange ao débito objeto da presente confissão de dívida.
Cláusula Sexta – Serão consideradas como verdadeiras as assinaturas e
declarações constantes no presente contrato, sujeitando-se as penalidades previstas
no Código Civil.
Cláusula Sétima – O presente é realizado em caráter irrevogável, irretratável e
intransferível, o qual obrigam as partes a cumpri-lo, a qualquer título, bem como
seus herdeiros e sucessores.
Cláusula Oitava – Para dirimir quaisquer controvérsias oriundas do presente
contrato, as partes elegem o foro da comarca de Joinville, Estado de Santa Catarina.
Por estarem, assim justos e contratados, firmam o presente instrumento,
em duas vias de igual teor, juntamente com 2 (duas) testemunhas.
