- I have to Say: Documentary Research. We want to find evidence about Normative x Normal behavior. Norms, Procedures, Reports, Database, other artifacts. We used Critical Decision Method (CDM) to guide us in five interviews. CDM is a good technique of interview when you are trying to understand complex scenarios where people will have to talk about brittleness and failures.
