3. 1. Run around the field with a light rhythm. Team divided in 2 groups, each group run in a different way.
Time: 3’30’’.

4. 2. Each group around a square of 8x8m with a Coach in the middle. The Coach does various types of
Dynamic Stretch and the players do the same. Time: 3’00’’.

5. 3. In a square of 8x8m play a “1-touch Rondo”. With 8 players outside and 2 players inside. The objective
is to do 21 consecutive passes without interception. Who lose the ball switch with the inside players.
Time: 11’00’’.

6. 4. All the team in the Center Circle playing a “1-touch Rondo” with 3 players inside and the rest of the
team outside. Who lose the ball switch with a inside player. Time: 7’00’’.

7. 5. High intensity Activation. In groups of 2 players in a 6m space. Players do frontal and lateral
skip, lateral movements, backwards, acceleration and speed. Then Stretch. Time: 2’00’’ + 2’00’’

8. 6. In a short space they do 4 repetitions (2 in each situation, with rest between the 2nd and 3rd repetition)
of high intensity movements of change of direction activities. Time: 2’00’’

10. 7. Team divided in 3 teams of 6 players. 2 teams play against 1 team. The 2 teams in possession play with
2 players inside and 4 players outside. Only can play 2-touch football. Team who loses the ball switch with
the team inside. Time: 4’00’’.

11. 8. Same as the preceding exercise but in a large area. Time: 4’00’’. After this exercise they do Stretch
and Hydration. Time: 4’00’’.
