4. 2. Each group around a square of 8x8m with a Coach in the middle. The Coach does various types of
Dynamic Stretch and the players do the same. Time: 3’00’’.

5. 3. In a square of 8x8m play a “1-touch Rondo”. With 8 players outside and 2 players inside. The objective
is to do 21 consecutive passes without interception. Who lose the ball switch with the inside players.

6. 4. All the team in the Center Circle playing a “1-touch Rondo” with 3 players inside and the rest of the
team outside. Who lose the ball switch with a inside player. Time: 7’00’’.

7. 5. High intensity Activation. In groups of 2 players in a 6m space. Players do frontal and lateral
skip, lateral movements, backwards, acceleration and speed. Then Stretch. Time: 2’00’’ + 2’00’’
