With nearly 2 decades of experience in the Automotive Industry and a consultant since 1997, Luís has a wide experience in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems, Quality Improvement Methods (e.g. problem solving tools and risk analysis) and Lean Manufacturing. He started his career at a production plant of one of the largest Automotive OEM’s (Volkswagen Autoeuropa), with several functions in Quality Assurance. Since 1997, Luís has developed LEAN implementation projects, in several reference clients, with “World Class” operational results.
