While most Brazilian executives expect growing business conditions in 2013, many also anticipate increasing IT staff and spending. The study found gaps in certain IT skills at most Brazilian businesses, with common negative effects being lower productivity and suboptimal customer service. Cybersecurity threats were also seen as increasing, with human error viewed as a contributing factor.
