3. Como foi esse festival?
• Ele foi o festival mais famoso de todos os tempos, e
aconteceu em 1969 em uma fazenda.
• Woodstock é nome da cidade escolhida para os
Shows, mais acabou não acontecendo e depois de
idas e vindas os organizadores desistiram da cidade e
alugaram uma fazenda em Bethel.
4. • Os organizadores do evento tentaram sem sucesso
levar o John Lennon, Bob Dylan, The Doors entre
outros, mais essa tentativa foi sem sucesso nenhum.
• As estrelas que compareceram ao festival foram: The
Who, Joe Cocker, Janis Joplin, Jime Hendrix e outros
que brilharam no evento fazendo shows históricos.

6. • O festival estava previsto para durar três dias ,
acabando a meia noite de domingo, mais
acabou mergulhando na semana seguinte.
• Pra ter uma ideia Hendrix começou a tocar na
segunda feira as 9 da manhã
• Alguns doidos acamparam lá, e continuaram
na fazenda por um bom tempo

8. Alimentação
• A organização esperava apenas 6 mil pessoas,
somando com o público de todos s dias, a solução foi
improvisarem postos de alimentação quando eles se
depararam com uma massa 7 vezes maior, as cidades
vizinhas doaram frutas, enlatados e sanduíches
9. Camping
• Cercas delimitavam a área reservada no
acampamento, mas com a superpopulação, isso não
funcionou. Havia barraquinhas colchonetes
espalhados pelos quatro cantos da fazenda

11. Emergência
• 70 médicos e 36 enfermeiras fizeram mais de 6 mil
atendimentos, alguns pacientes foram levados para
hospitais de helicóptero, mas só três morreram: um
por overdose de heroína, outro por ruptura de
apêndice e o último atropelado por um trator. Houve
ainda dois partos
12. Segurança
• Mais de 600 pessoas fizeram o policiamento, mas
como era gente demais infringindo as leis eles
decidiram ser light: DROGAS E PELADÕES
CIRCULAVAM PELA FAZENDA numa boa. Apenas cem
pessoas foram detidas pelo uso de drogas

14. Bastidores
• Atrás do palco ficavam os trailers da produção, os
camarins e o heliponto por onde chegavam os
artistas, se não fosse por pelos helicópteros muitos
shows não teriam acontecido
15. Palco
• 32 atrações entre artistas e banda passaram pelo
palco que ficava na parte mais baixa de uma
pequena colina. As chuvas do fim de semana
detonaram a grama que cobria o local que formaram
verdadeiras piscinas de lama, onde a galera mais
chapada se lambuzava a vontade

19. Imprensa
• A imprensa tinha até estacionamento exclusivo, mas
para enviar notícias e fotos, só mesmo nas cidades
vizinhas. No acampamento a fila do telefone durava
no mínimo duas horas. A comunicação só funcionou
mesmo no mural de recados, onde as pessoa
encontravam colegas e arranjavam carona
20. Vias de acesso
• As rodovias de acesso ficaram intransitáveis, a
viagem de NY a Bethel, que duraria apenas duas
horas, chegavam as oito. As pessoas estacionavam na
beira da estrada e caminhavam até 20 quilômetros
