Lucia Dellagnelo http://www.synergos.org/bios/ldellagnelo.htm ,[object Object],Dr. Dellagnelo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, a Masters of Arts degree in International Education and a Doctorate degree in Human Development and Education from Harvard University. The mission of ICom is to promote community development by mobilizing, connecting and supporting donnors and civil society organizations, convening different sectors of society in the region of Greater Florianópolis.

Fernanda Sá http://www.synergos.org/bios/fbornhausensa.htm ,[object Object],Fernanda has had extensive experience on multi-stakeholder partnerships , having held key positions in the private , public , and non-profit sectors. Fernanda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the Federal University of Santa Catarina , and an MBA in Global Administration from the State University of Santa Catarina . IVA was created in 1998 and its mission is to mobilize and engage volunteers and provide training to volunteers and NGOs , thus promoting the culture of volunteerism among the Brazil’s population.

ICom – Instituto Comunitário Grande Florianópolis ICom operates in three main areas:

Transparency for NGOs Institutional Development It is a free, open and interactive online platform, where the entire community can find information about NGOs . It was built as a collective effort of ‘ self-regulation ’ involving aroung 30 NGOs’ managers and practitioners, lawyers and accountants. Portal Transparência offers bases for NGOs to pursue institutional development and accountability
