EDPS 6560: Multimedia Learning Instructional Module Example
Dg slideshow
1. The Delta Gamma house is quiet before their first exchange with Sigma Alpha Epsilon as the girls
get into their costumes for the “what do you want to be in 10 years?” theme. The exchange is at
Boondocks Family Fun Center where they can play laser tag, bumper boats and mini golf.
2. Juniors Carly Renaud and Nikki Smith put on make up and discuss how excited they are for the
evening. “It’s really exciting because this is the first time in two years I will be able to experience
the social aspect of being a part of a sorority,” Renaud said. “The social events were a huge part
of why I wanted to join DG.”
3. Dressed as a retiree, a lawyer and a soccer coach, the boys of SAE joke around on their
porch before the exchange about who is going to win at laser tag.
4. Bets are made for the winner of the
laser tag game. It’s going to be the
Denver hockey coach, the ski bum
and the Blackhawks player against
the retiree, the lawyer and the
soccer coach.
5. Junior Jack Courtney dresses as a priest.
Although Courtney has no intention of
joining the Church in 10 years, he
explains that this exchange is the
perfect excuse to wear the costume.
6. Sophomores Kaitlyn Hertzog
and Jenna Powell dress as an
Avalanche player and a doctor.
Powel, majoring in biology and
psychology and minoring in
chemistry and cognitive
neuroscience, realistically does
see herself in the medical field
in 10 years.
7. Juniors Carly Renaud,
Christine Ghattas and Nikki
Smith are dressed as an
astronaut, a business women
and a tennis mom. The
women have worked hard to
improve their sorority’s
probationary status and finally
host their own social events.
9. Finally everyone is in their
costumes and on the bus
ready to play arcade games,
mini golf and race go carts.
10. After an intense game of boy vs. girls laser tag, the women of Delta Gamma take the win.
11. Bumper boats get wet after the players find a spray button on the boats. The players
came out of the pool soaked, but laughing with huge smiles on their faces.
12. Junior Scot Rowe gets ready for a
round of go carts. Boondocks
turned out to be the perfect
location for college students to
become kids again in the company
of great friends.
