• From May 2003 onwards : NUTEK Engineering
Consultant Executive Manager.
• 1997 upto 2003 May : Working with the NUTEK
office as projects manager preparing the tender
documents & specification of most of the projects
especially Etisalat projects & Dubai Municipality
projects, also following the progress of the projects,
checking the projects design & Materials approval .
• 1993 upto 1997 : working with a good established
consulting office in Dubai as projects engineer,
supervising of many projects like (Hotels, residential
commercial building) in Dubai & Sharjah.
• 1991-1993 : Construction Deputy Manager :
Responsible for all projects of bridges, roads and
buildings which the railway construction company
were doing in house.

Construction office in Damascus .
• 1986-1989 : Head of the designing group for
the following projects :
Damascus Passengers main station :
i. 2 storeys passengers hall and its relevant service
buildings .
ii. 3 restaurants .
iii. 5 storeys hotel of 100 bedrooms .
iv. Multi purpose stores .
v. Wagons Service Buildings.
• 1982-1986: Structural & Supervision Engineer :
Duties included the structural designs and working
drawings and supervision for the following projects.
i. The main administration block of the railway
company which consisted of 6 storeys with a total
built-up area of 5000m2
.
ii. The locomotives and wagons maintenance Zone
consisted of large hall about 1500m2
area, 3 storeys,
2 underground fuel tanks of 1000mm3
capacity for
each, and the relevant offices.
iii. The maintenance of Damascus passenger’s old
station buildings.
• 1979-1982: Construction Engineer : for the
following projects.
i. Damascus railway grand station housing :
ii. Damascus railway grand station and Homs -
Damascus railway sub-stations roads. The project
consisted of main roads sub-roads and the pavements
around the buildings.
iii. Homs railway grand station, Steel Stores: The
project consisted of reinforced concrete foundations
and floor slabs, steel walls and roofs from Kirby
Company, which covered an area of about 6000 m2
.
