SLC AGRÍCOLA S.A. comunica aos Senhores Acionistas que, em Reunião do Conselho de Administração,
realizada no dia 20 de dezembro de 2022 às 9h, foi aprovado o pagamento de juros sobre o capital próprio
“JCP” relativo ao exercício de 2022.
1. JCP:
O pagamento dos juros sobre capital próprio no valor bruto de R$ 71.000.000,00 (setenta e um milhões de
reais) com base na aplicação da TJLP (Taxa de Juros de Longo Prazo), calculada até a data base de 26 de
dezembro de 2022, sobre o Patrimônio Líquido da Companhia, correspondente a R$ 0,347756598672 por
ação ordinária, excluídas as ações em tesouraria, será imputado ao cálculo do dividendo obrigatório do
exercício de 2022, conforme previsto no Estatuto Social da Companhia.
2. DATA DE PAGAMENTO:
13 de janeiro de 2023
Conforme aprovado, a distribuição será feita no dia 13 de janeiro de 2023, sendo que, a partir de 27 de
dezembro de 2022, as ações da Companhia serão negociadas no mercado “Ex-JCP”.
3. INSTRUÇÕES QUANTO AO CRÉDITO DO JCP
Os acionistas terão seus créditos disponíveis na data do pagamento, de acordo com a sua conta corrente e
domicílio bancário fornecidos ao Itaú Corretora de Valores S.A.
3.1 ACIONISTAS COM CADASTRO DESATUALIZADO:
Aos acionistas cujo cadastro não contenha a inscrição do número do CPF/CNPJ ou indicação do Banco,
Agência e Conta Corrente, os dividendos serão creditados a partir do 3º dia útil contado da data da
solicitação, desde que os interessados providenciem a regularização de seu cadastro, pessoalmente, em uma
das agências do Banco Itaú S.A., abaixo relacionadas, que dispõem de atendimento exclusivo aos acionistas.
4. IMPOSTO DE RENDA:
O pagamento está sujeito ao Imposto de Renda Retido na Fonte (IRRF) de acordo com a legislação vigente.

SLC AGRÍCOLA S.A. hereby informs its Shareholders that the Board Meeting of December 20th
, 2022, at 9 a.m.
approved the payment of interest on own capital “JCP” for the fiscal year 2022:
1. JCP:
The payment of interest on own capital in the gross amount of R$71,000,000.00 (seventy-one million reais)
based on the application of the TJLP (Long-Term Interest Rate), calculated up to the base date of December
26 of 2022, on the Company's Shareholders' Equity, corresponding to R$ 0.347756598672 per common
share, excluding treasury shares, will be imputed to the calculation of the mandatory dividend for the year
2022, as provided for in the Company's Bylaws
2. DATE OF PAYMENT:
January 13th
, 2023
According to the approved resolution, payments will be made on January 13th
, 2023. The Company’s shares
will be traded “ex-JCP” as of December 27th
, 2022. The aforesaid amount corresponding to the payment of
interest on equity shall be included in the calculation of the mandatory dividend for the fiscal year 2022,
pursuant to the Company’s Bylaws.
3. INSTRUCTIONS RELATED TO THE PAYMENT OF JCP:
The amounts will be credited to shareholders bank accounts on the payment date, according with the banking
information provided to Itaú Corretora de Valores S.A.
3.1 SHAREHOLDERS WHOSE REGISTRATION DETAILS ARE NOT UPDATED:
Shareholders whose registration details do not include their individual or corporate taxpayer’s ID (CPF or
CNPJ, respectively) or data on their Bank/Branch and Current Account will be paid as of the third business day
following the date on which payment was requested, provided that said shareholders update their
registration with the Company, in person, at one of the Banco Itaú S.A. branches listed below, which offer
exclusive services to shareholders.
4. INCOME TAX:
The payment is subject to Income Tax Withholding (IRRF) pursuant to the prevailing legislation.
