• Light Investment Group known by its acronym LIGroup is an LLC that deal
directly with the local population in helping to reduce extreme poverty,
through the promotion of petit trade and small medium size enterprises
to realize growth. This is expected to help improve standard of living by
creating new jobs, reduce hunger, increase individual income. We hope
to attain this through our services provided, which include;
• (A)Business Consultation Services, (B)Venture Capital to startuppers and
SMEs (Small and Medium Size Enterprises) (C) OTC counter sales of
securities (D) creates and offers investment opportunities to the market.
We are committed to GROWTH, SUSTAINABILITY and PROFITABILITY in
all our investments. With registration number RCLBE/2015/B/0753...And
a start up capital of 1 000 000 FCFA.
• We presently have our operating office at Sable Bonamoussadi and our
registered office at Mbende Junction Half Mile Limbe .
• We are commited to development through financial services.

and Start uppers on a micro level.

assistance to businesses.

• Online and OTC trading of financial
instruments and securities.

4. GOAL AND OBJECTIVES
• Our objective is to maximize stake holders values while
maintaining growth and sustainability as other pillars.
• We have realized most Cameroonian startups do not
actually grow up to maturity. So we have as objective to
help 1500 local start ups to actually grow to maturity by
2025.
• We have subdivided our goals into (A) creating a virtual
OTC investment market place where individuals, group
investors and investments can easily interrelate.
• Once the above is attained, then we most have impacted
1500 local business and created over 2000 new jobs,
thereby increasing the standard of living for at least 4000
individuals directly or indirectly by 2030

5. Target Market
• Light Investment Group operates in Cameroon
• Our first target market will be start uppers, SMEs who
already exist are not left out. We focus meanly in the
area of Agriculture, IT and telecommunication,
manufacturing companies are our major source of
interest.
• New Start uppers or lucrative ventures are our next
target point. Companies that operate in other sectors
and are ready to dare new ventures will be our new
target.
• We look into financing 1500 SMEs and Startup
businesses in Cameroon exclusively by 2026.

6. How We Plan to Attain Our Objectives
• We would only attain our objectives if we:
Successfully established a partnership with
your organization in our fund raising exercise.
We expect financing from partner
organization.
Since we would be providing capital in two
phases, i.e. Equity and Loan Capital, Placing a
lower interest on loan capital issued will help
sustain and grow our activity.
