CHIPOTLE MAYONNAISE
Ingredients Amounts
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Chipotle en adobo, minced fine 3 Tbsp.
Lime juice 1 Tbsp.
Kosher salt 1 tsp.
Method
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk together until
fully incorporated.
2. Store for up to 2 weeks in a small container.
