through the

change?
Don’t wait until just before launch to ambush staff
Communicate early and often..
Plan how to
communicate
with mobile
users.
What level of end user adoption
do you need for an appropriate
ROI?
How will you manage users
who fail to adopt the new
system?
Persuasive user
adoption
communication
and low risk
trials make a
difference…
… and can turn
some laggards
into converts.
