Jaw Crusher

Overview
Jaw Crusher is one of the most widely used crushing equipment in
mining industry. It is equipment with simple structure, easy

Jaw Crusher has been widely applied in mining, metallurgical, construction, road and railway building,

PY Series Spring Cone Crusher

Overview
Spring cone crusher is the cone crusher which is the earliest appearance in
the world, and it is used widest and larger quantity crush mechanism in
present. After improvement, their structure is more perfect and the

performance in the aspects of manufacture, installation, use and

Application
This series of crushers is widely applied in metallurgical, construction, road building, chemical and

Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher

Fixed method of whole mobile crusher
Choose the working place → Level the place →Transport the mobile crusher to the reasonable place→
Extend the elevating landing leg→ Dig a hole under the fixed leg. The hole’s size is up the soil. If the
soil is loosening, please dig deeper and larger. → Fix the active leg to the fixed leg with binder bolt→
Fill the hole of active leg with concrete → Adjust the face of concrete after congealing→ Retract the
elevating landing leg. Putting some crosstie or supporting tools under the vehicle will better steady the

ⅲ. Grinding Series

High Pressure Grinding Mill (Raymond Mill)

Overview
It is a new kind of mill, which is invented by our company chief engineer Mr Bai
yinghui, who has been engaged in the research and development of grinding
machine for many years. This new patent product with high efficiency and low
energy consumption opened up an epoch of the international industry pulverizing.

Application
It is mainly applied to the powder processing of mineral products in industries of
metallurgy, construction, chemistry, and mining etc. It can produce powder from
more than 280 kinds of non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs
hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%, such as barite, limestone, calcite, granite, gypsum etc.

Main Features
1. Compared with the common Raymond grinding mill under the same power conditions, the capacity
can be increased by 10%; moreover, under the performance of high-pressure springs, the rollers grinding
pressure on raw materials can be raised by 800-1200kgf.
2. The final product size ranges from the maximum particle diameter of 0.613mm (30mesh) to the finest
diameter of 0.033mm (425 mesh).
3. The grinding device adopts a superposition multi-grade sealing with good sealing performance.
4. Its dust-removing effect fully meets the national dust discharge standard.
5. The classifier is easy for adjustment.

MTW Continental Trapezoid Mill

Overview
MTW European Trapezium Grinding Mill has arrived to the top technical

efforts to bring MTW European Trapezium Grinding Mill into the
world.

Application
MTW European Trapezium Grinding Mill is mainly applied to the
powder processing of mineral products in industries of metallurgy,
construction, chemistry, and mining etc. It can produce powder from non-flammable and non-explosive
mineral materials，such as barite, limestone, quartz, calcite, granite, porcelain clay, basalt, gypsum etc.

Main Features
1. The bevel gear transmits in a whole, which makes the structure more compact, installation and
commission more convenient.
2. The internal oil pump can lubricate the bearings both in main shaft and bevel gear shaft, without
connecting any external oil pump or lubrication station.
3. Former straight wind tunnel in the traditional mill is replaced by curved one.
4. Sheet of the shovel is easy for change and cyclone collector in isolated type.

SCM Series Super-micro Mill

and low-cost SCM Series Super Thin Mill.

Application
SCM Series Super Thin Mill is mainly applied to the powder processing
of mineral products in industries of metallurgy, construction, chemistry,
Fertilizer and mining etc. It can produce powder from non-flammable
and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9 and
humidity below 8%, such as barite, limestone, quartz, calcite, granite,

MXB Series Coarse Powder Mill

Overview
It can meet the requirements of coarse powder processing customers,
based on our experts' years’ research experience in milling industry.

Application
The machine is mainly used to grind mining materials in the fields of
metallurgy, building materials, chemistry, mining and so on. It can
grind the non-explosive mineral materials with the Moh's hardness
lower than 9 and humidity lower than 6% such as quartz, talcum, barite,
fluorite, iron ore, chemical fertilizer, fly ash, soft coal, etc.
 Generating station to decarbolize: it can grind CACO3 into
powder below 2mm or 1mm. The fine sand from 25150mesh in the
Quartz can reach 70% of the product.
 Coarse powder mill
 Firebrick, baking-free brick, and building blocks: The powder produced from this machine is the
best mixture material for making baking-free brick and hollow building blocks.
 Coarse powder: the efficiency can be increased by 30%-40% than normal Raymond mill.

Overview

Vibrating Feeder

Overview
The Vibrating Feeder is used to uniformly, periodically and
continuously transfer the large size materials and granular
materials from hopper to belt conveyer, bucket elevator, screens

centrally control the feeding volume.
