Rough Storyboard 2:

Hope FM: Life Changing Radio.
• Hope FM jingle starts, stating the words 'Across
  Bournemouth', an establishing shot of
  Bournemouth gardens is shown.
• The jingle says 'Poole' and an establishing shot
  of Poole town center is shown to show Poole
  to the audience.
• 'And Christchurch', an establishing shot of
  Christchurch castle is shown.
• An establishing shot of the train going through
  the town center of Poole is then shown
• 'This is 90.1, Hope FM', an establishing shot of a
  microphone and leaflets is shown. The microphone has an
  upwards panning and the leaflets have a focus pull. This
  establishes the overall radio theme of the documentary.
• Medium close up of Paige presenting the start of the documentary
  and introducing the overall theme. This will end with the rhetorical
  question asking if Hope FM is life changing radio, therefore sparking
  curiosity to the audience. Paige then walks into the Hope FM studio.
  The music then starts, and the names of distribution are shown.
• A medium close up of Emma is then shown, whilst she
  talks about how Hope FM is life changing radio.
• An intercut is then shown in Emma's interview of her
  training up a person. This is a mid-shot. This represents
  when Emma talks about the training.
• Another intercut is shown of Emma and Ryan presenting. This
  is a mid-shot and a focus pull. This shows Emma presenting
  to the audience.
•   The narrative device is then shown, which shows images of Dan, Ryan, Victoria and
    Sheena. Dan’s image is in colour, and the others are in black and white. This shows
    the audience that Dan’s interview is the next interview. A voice over from the
    documentarian, Paige also informs the audience of Dan’s interview, as well as
    informing them of his job title.
• Medium close up of Dan is shown in the Production studio. Faders
  and Headphones can be seen in the background, creating a motif.
  Dan talks about how he found Hope FM.
•   The narrative device is then shown, which shows images of Dan, Ryan, Victoria and
    Sheena. Ryan’s image is in colour, and the others are in black and white. This shows
    the audience that Ryan’s interview is the next interview. A voice over from the
    documentarian, Paige also informs the audience of Ryan’s interview, as well as
    informing them of his job title.
• Mid-shot of Ryan is shown in the Production studio talking about
  how Hope FM has influenced him and how he started work there.
  Another presenter can be seen in the background of this shot,
  emphasising the overall radio theme to the documentary.
•   The narrative device is then shown, which shows images of Dan, Ryan, Victoria and
    Sheena. Victoria’s image is in colour, and the others are in black and white. This
    shows the audience that Victoria’s interview is the next interview. A voice over from
    the documentarian, Paige also informs the audience of Victoria’s interview, as well

• Mid shot of Victoria is shown in the co-presenter area of the Hope
  FM studio. The microphone is in shot out of focus, again this is a
  motif. Victoria talks about how friendly the presenters are.
• An intercut is then shown of Victoria placing
  headphones onto her head. This is a close up, and
  shows Victoria co-presenting to the audience.
•   The narrative device is then shown, which shows images of Dan, Ryan, Victoria and
    Sheena. Sheena’s image is in colour, and the others are in black and white. This shows
    the audience that Sheena’s interview is the next interview. A voice over from the
    documentarian, Paige also informs the audience of Sheena’s interview, as well as
    informing them of her job title.
• A mid close up of Sheena is shown in the production studio in the
  seating area. She is surrounded by the sound proofing, which is
  constantly seen within the documentary. Sheena talks about how
  she got her current job.
• A mid close up of Dan is again shown in the production
  studio talking about how he got to start working
  immediately and exploring aspects of radio.
• An intercut is shown which is a close up of Dan's hand
  on the touch screen in the Hope FM studio, which
  shows Dan at work.
• A close up of Hope FM leaflets is also shown, as this
  shows the slogan and name of the documentary, 'Life
  changing radio'. This is a focus pull.
• Photograph of Victoria and Ryan is shown in the Hope
  FM studio. This is shown while Victoria starts speaking.
• Mid shot of Victoria is shown, she starts talking about her
  friendship with Ryan Boydon.
