1. When can I buy a house?
My Chapter 7 bankruptcy was discharged in August. I haven't missed any payments
since then. I am really wanting to purchase a house since my rent is as much as
a house payment. I didn't know if there were any kind of special programs for m
y situation or if I will have to wait two years after the discharge.
