3. SCHOLARSHIPS:
 The Academy is offering students two Specialty
Scholarships; one is a Driver Education Scholarship
and the other is SHA’s Clothes Closet Caring
Scholarship.
 Applications for both are available on Edline in the
News section of the Home Page. You may submit your
completed application form by April 21 st via email to
lloo@sacredhearts.org or drop it off to the
Development Office in Room A213.

4. LIBRARY CLUB:
 There will be a meeting on Tuesday, April 25 th ,
during lunch in the Waialae Room, to celebrate the end
of the year.
 Please see Mrs. Fase’s email for more information.

5. SOROPTOMIST “S” CLUB:
 Election meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 25 th ,
at 1:00pm in Room A210. If any member wants to run
for club office, see Mr. Fong by Monday to be placed
on the ballot.

6. GLEE CLUB NIGHT:
 Come enjoy a night of pop music! On Monday, April 24
th , the Glee Club will have their big showcase in the
Auditorium. Featuring music from Les Mis, Trolls,
Cars, Steven Universe, and more! Concessions and lei
will be available at the door, and admission FREE.

7. COMMUNITY SERVICE INFO:
 If you are looking at getting a head start on
community service hours for next year, here are some
options via the S Club. This is open to all not just S
Club members.
 Adopt a Block – help clean up Makiki Park; April 29th .
 Young Athletes program at Kaiser High School working
with special needs children; April 29th

8. 7-12 WORKSHOPS:
 Students can sign-up for “Hawaiian Haku Lei
making”or a bamboo-themed Hair Pick workshop.
These workshops are available on Tuesday, April 25 th
at 2:45pm and on Wednesday, April 26 th at 1:30pm.
 The workshops are two hours in length and will be
held at the Student Center. Seats are limited to 75 for

9. HS LIBRARY:
 Please pay all printing charges by Friday, April 28th .
 No IOUs will be accepted beginning Monday, May 1st .

10. GUITAR LESSONS:
 Registration for the after-school summer guitar
lessons have begun.
