personal purification; cannot be adequately effective.
Stress is inappropriate internal interactions between the
internal environment and external interactions between
external environment; and the individual.
For accomplishing Total Stress Management we have to learn
to make our internal as well as external interactions
appropriate.
How can we achieve it?
NAMASMARAN is a process that rectifies; our internal as
well as external interactions and hence ensures; simultaneous
blossoming of the individual and the environments.
However; blind belief, blind disbelief; or even rational
acceptance of NAMASMARAN do not matter; as the result
depends only on the extent and intensity of practice.
