Market Potential
• Laghman is one of Small business city which is located in
Eastern zone and one border to Badakhshan So that’s why
this city is very good for all kind of Business and other GSM
operators i.e. Roshan, Awcc and MTN are operating in
Laghman province.

POS visibility
• New POS materials were installed in Laghman market and for
more detail see Photos.

Competitors Visibility
• Overall the Visibility of EA is better than other competitors but
MTN Afghanistan offers new light sign boards which are more
attractive and retailers are very happy from MTN on installing
light boards. Other two competitors Roshan and Awcc have very
less visibility in terms of posters, banners and Bill boards.

Sim cards Distribution and SAFs collection
• Omaid Bahar Sales team collected more than 100 SAFs from the
market
• Omaid Bahar sales team distributed 120 Mubarak and Mumtaz
simcards in the market
• I and Omaid Bahar sales team explained all the running
promotions to the retailers and customers.

Bill Boards Status
•We have 5 bill boards from Jalalabad to Laghman out of these two
are 5 Buddy 5 Scan and one is Future is yours and one of the Big bill
board which is located near to Daronta is changed from one of the
election candidates and he removed our 5 Buddy 5 scan.
•We have no ads of Josh,Mubarak or Mumtaz simcards.

Retailers Suggestions
• Josh and Elite should not have monthly Fee.
• EA should Improve network quality
• EA should increase Number of BTS.
• Retailers and customers were complaining about Signal problem,
and Net work busy.
• commission should be increased in terms of Sales.
• Network Limitation because we have network in few districts of
Laghman and EA should extend network to other districts of
Laghman province.

Network Status
• Overall the network was good and we have very low signals inside the
shops and in most of the retailers shops we have no signals.

Checking our all Activities of Franchise
staff
• I have got an exam from franchise staff about EA products and
market visit both of them are 80% good and have the ability to work
in franchise and after exam I have explained all the ongoing
promotions and how to visit the market, how to meet the retailers
and how to motivate them to sell EA products. Explained benefits of
commission in terms of sales and I have visited along with sales man
and exposed him how to visit the market.
• I have noticed that the new staff of Laghman franchise have very
good relation with the customers and specially with Retailers

Mystery shopper Report
I have investigated all those points which were mentioned in Mystery
shopper report and have found that Mr.Tooryalai is no more working with
omaid Bahar and omaid Bahar hired two new staff. out of the office the
path is damaged and were told them to fix as soon as possible and
checked all the drawers and there were no sim available of competitors as
mentioned in the Mystery report that Mr. Toryalai offer Aali sim of Roshan
company also investigated that there is no high price now of good
numbers in normal GSM.
All the brochures were available at the counter and all the mirrors were
cleaned.
Mr. Sharif franchise manager promised that you will never receive any
complaint regarding franchise activities and I have motivated to work hard
and visit the market regularly.
At the End I have given a presentation regarding all ongoing promotions
and educated about retailers SAF and recharge commissions.
