5. The different types of user profiles on Weduc
Diretor:
Directors have access to all information and manage all users in a school. It is also possible for each director to
assume that same role in more than one school at the same time, if they are responsible for a group or network
of schools. On their main page, they can communicate with all users connected to their schools.
Systems administrator:
Systems administrators have the same management and administrative privileges as Directors without being
identified as such. This profile is aimed at users in a school who will be responsible for managing the platform.
Coordinator:
This type of user is associated to a group of classes or department in a school and has access to all of its
information. On their main page, coordinators will be able to interact at the same time with all parents in their
classes.
Teacher:
Teachers can interact with the classes they are connected to. They are able to communicate with parents and to
create Digital Classrooms to interact with students. Students cannot see what teachers share with parents and
vice-versa.
Parents:
Parents have access to all information shared with the classes they are connected to.
Student:
Students have access to all content shared by their teachers in the Digital Classrooms they are connected to.

School, select the corresponding
profile.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail

information provided. After it has
been validated, your school profile will

10. Some features on Weduc will be unavailable until the School's profile is validated by our
services.
While the validation process takes place, you can start building your network by sending
connection requests to other schools you are connected to in real life as a Director, Teacher or

You can expand your network at any time and add a new profile to your account by going to
'Weduc Network' (on the upper menu bar) and selecting 'My network'.
