And we wanted to bring collaboration back into the game.
What if you could help each other on a project that means a lot to you?

5. Background for This Challenge 2/2
Many of you have asked for this kind of challenge for months!
You’ll now have the opportunity to work on a member-submitted project, all as a group!
But first, in Part 1 of this Challenge, we need to do this Elevator Pitch Challenge to determine which
project to tackle together.
Then, in Part 2, all Primers will give suggestions, ideas, designs, for the proposed problem. The winner
is the one with the biggest contribution to the Human-Focused Design solution to the problem.

6. Challenge Steps
Choose an existing or potential project.
If it helps you, use the Strategy Dashboard to
present the idea or opportunity.
Make your pitch!

7. Criteria:
1) Clarity in understanding the project from the perspective of Octalysis from the perspective of the
Strategy Dashboard, especially Business Metrics, Players, and Desired Actions.
2) Is it a project that can actually be implemented if we created valuable designs? Or is it a phenomenon
that we cannot affect?
3) Does it serve a productive and society-benefiting result at the end?
4) You must be prepared to make this project public within OP and be open to suggestions from Yu-kai to
setup the OP Member Challenge to help your fellow members help you!
