Nouns is a singural noun, plural
noun, can or can not be calculated. If
the noun is funcitioning as a subject,
then the AV or VERB which should
follow sult.
Type of Nouns
1. Countable Nouns is a nouns that can be
calculated.
2. Uncountable Nouns is a nouns that do not
can be calculated.
Countable Nouns
By type noun are divided into two:
A. Singular Nouns
Example :
 Book : Buku
 Car : Mobil
 Glass : Gelas
 Lady : Wanita
B. Plural Nouns, Consist of:
Regular plural, are mede plural from of the
singular by adding the sufix “s/es”
Example :
• Book : Books
• Car : Cars
• Glass :Glasses
• Lady : Lady
Example :
• This is a book
• This is chair
• This is table
• This is a whiteboar
Uncountable Nouns
Subject and Language
Example:
 Mathematics
 Arabic
 Economics
 English
 Japanese
Example :
• They are very like study Mathematics subject
• Indonesia’s economic growth in developing
• They are going on vacation to Japan next
week
Liquids, gases and solids
Example:
• Rice
• Sand
• Sugar
• Ice
• Oil
