Positions and their Key Roles:
• Retail Manager: Responsibility for day to day to
operations in retail department which includes
ensuring working towards Neva’s goals and
objectives.
• Sales Executive: Key role includes remaining in
constant touch with various customers such as
whole-sellers and retailers.
• Officer:The main responsibility with this position
is carrying out the marketing efforts of Neva in
form of advertisements through billboards,
newspapers, media and other sources.

• Retail Manager: After brief interview with this
position, we analyzed following things:
• Experience: more than 10 years.
• Skills: Practical skills are required with blend of
market intelligence, good analytical and logical

a. To open retail stores in north India.
b. To meet the set targets during financial year

duties:
1. Coordinating and disseminating the information related to
delivery of goods and orders.
2. Maintaining the receipts and departmental files to ensure
the storage of data.
3. Travelling to the divisions which are allocated and taking
feedbacks from various stakeholders.
4. Assessing and synthesizing the information for decision
making.
Experience: 3-5 years in domain of sales.
Skills: mental ability, logical skills, marketing intelligence
skills and willingness to travel.

• Officer: Following are the duties associated with this
position are as:
1. Carrying out the marketing efforts of the company.
2. Maintaining the files and receipts of the retail department.
3. Providing information related to the sales of company in the
allocated divisions.
4. Travelling in different parts of the allocated divisions and
taking feedback from clients.
Experience: 1 year.
Skills: Selling proposition skills, communication skills and
willingness to travel.
