  2. OKRs promote alignment across teams, across geographies and at every level of the organization
  3. Putting OKRs first, projects second – describing how we put the Objectives and KRs (targets/ metrics) first and then flex the portfolio of work we are doing to meet the KRs. Flexible portfolio, but clear line-of-sight to where we are going. OKRs improve the process of making decisions about the portfolio content, because we always have the objective statements to align to.
