IMPLEMENTATION GAPS/ISSUES Area of Focus Gap / Issue Proposed Interventions/Catch-up Plans Dropped Out Learners tend to be at-risk of dropping out due to family/siblings/guardian working condition who finds it hard to attend to their children’s modular distance learning. 1. Encourage parent/guardian/siblings to give time on assisting their children to work on their SLMs. 2. Teachers talk to the parent/sibling/guardian and make an arrangement for the submission of outputs. Learner’s reason for dropping out is due to transfer of residence 1. Teachers encourage the parent to enroll their child to the nearest school in the new residence 2. Facilitate easy access to school records for transfer whenever possible When learner’s reason of dropping out is beyond the school’s control, like family problem and family internal issues 1. Talk and encourage parent/guardian/siblings to consider enrolling the child again in the next school year
