Studying at Australian Academy of Management and Science (AAMS) brought me several key elements and skills that I now use
in my work as a Disability Support Worker. The job opportunity came in during my second day of placement when I was advised
by my Team Lead to apply for the position. I greatly benefited from the education received from AAMS trainers who have
extensive professional and academic experiences, as well as from the practical case studies carried out in groups. Trainers are
really inspiring. They understand my needs, treat me with respect, motivate me to achieve my goals and help me plan my
career path. Their imparted knowledge, together with my confidence of my abilities, makes me endure, advance and strive for
continuous excellence in my studies and work.
