Layoff Process Continues, No Agreement as Proposals are Exchanged
CUSD and CUTA met on Wednesday, May 2nd for the ninth negotiations session this year. Three proposals were
exchanged and the table below represents the most recent package proposals.

 Mutually conceived and agreed upon associated with Governor’s Proposal and

 Open negotiations in November 2012 Article 7.13 on elementary prep time for
 Tighten up elementary prep language the duration of the agreement (2012-13)

Creek will be interviewed for openings.

 Upon contract agreement, rescind layoff notices other than needed based on board-

on May 9, 2012. CUTA/CUSD Negotiations are scheduled to continue on May 11th and May 14th.
