Title: "Few tips on how to run your first Product Discovery effectively." Product Discovery is a powerful approach that helps us to learn, validate and create truly valuable products. But, when we run this process for the first time we can feel overwhelmed and lost. Although that's completely normal it can lead us to wrong conclusions about the customer problems and therefore potential ideas on how to solve them. During the presentation, Michał will provide a few hands-on experience tips and thoughts that will help you run valuable product discovery and avoid mistakes he's made in the past so you don’t have to. For the last 10 years, Michał has developed a few educational platforms and mobile apps, run a few startups. He also took part in the Product Discovery process and Growth Phase of D2C e-commerce brand related to healthcare and productivity. He is also an instructor at Polish Product Management Academy where he teaches about Product Discovery and Innovation Development. He puts great emphasis on the data-driven, experimental approach, teamwork, and falling in love with the problem you are trying to solve.

There are many Benefits of using Six Thinking Hats, including, it helps: - Provide a common language - Maximize productive collaboration - Diversity of thought while using more of our brains - Consider issues, challenges, decisions and opportunities systematically - Remove ego (reduce confrontation) - Save time - Focus (one thing at a time) - Think clearly and objectively - Create, evaluate & implement action plans - Achieve significant and meaningful results - Make meetings more productive in less time #CreativeProblemSolving #ProblemSolving #Leadership #CTR by Culture Transformation Resources, LLC www.CTRConsultingServices.com 1-877-287-1234

Staying creative is hard, isn’t it? But it is not a passive process that you can sit back and wait for inspiration to motivate you and help you focus. An American psychologist Robert J. Sternberg has defined creativity as “the process of producing something that is both original and worthwhile.” Creativity is nothing but looking for new and better ways to approach situations and solve problems.

The purpose is to explore the opportunity to embed the Human‐Centred Design in business models culture. It aims to embody nimble business mind-‐sets to equip the organizations with the understanding of customer needs as a real competitive advantage. Design Thinking creates a high quality bond of engagement and loyalty between the company and employees. The open‐minded discovery process in the Design Thinking can be a strategic landscape where learning environment and innovation thrive. Understanding the customer through the use of empathy and to nourish the co‐creation process are the lenses to create a design-‐driven culture. This also implies a learning driven culture with the ability to reframe business challenges to solve customers’ problems.
