  1. Having a Talent mindset is as relevant today as it was back in 2001 when the book “War for Talent” was written. There is still and will continue to be a war for talent. The question then becomes as an employer what are you going to do to get the people you need and how are you going to keep them?
  2. Most companies think about listing Job Qualifications first when they are writing an ad to hire for a position. Qualifications are only a small part of what someone brings to the table. If you write your description to capture the eyes of the people you want to hire, you’ll have less of the wrong people applying.
