Twitter: http://www.forbes.com/sites/sap/2013/01/23/9-top-twitter-tips-you-can-start-using-today/1. Research and figure out how best to use Twitter for your business. It’s important to define your goals for being on twitter and then to find your voice in support of that.2. Share 4 articles from other people and engage in 1 conversation, for each (1) self-promotional tweet you send.3. Twitter Lists to filter accounts into important groups. Tweetdeck to scan lists and schedule posts. Triberr to curate great blog posts to share from others. Buffer when there is just too much great stuff out there and you want to spread my sharing out over a few days. 4. Hashtags are a great way to have your content exposed to people outside your circle, but try not to over-use them. You should know what hashtags to use and when to use them for the greatest effect.5. Try to find different ways to engage with people and test new approaches. Retweet, thank, follow, comment – use different ways of engagement to personalize the experience.
Pinterest: http://www.wamenterprisesllc.com/blog/bid/297238/7-Pinterest-Tips-for-Small-BusinessesInstead of being the one to repin, be the creator of the content and give everyone else the opportunity to repin what you created. It could be pictures you have taken or a graphic you created. Be a leader.Red is a power and high energy color. Orange gives off a feeling of fun. Green is about stability while blue gives people a feeling off trust. Think about the colors you're using when you create something to share. The best times to share on Pinterest are 1pm-3pm (CST) and 7pm-Midnight (CST) with the peak time being Saturday mornings. Worst times are 4pm to 7pm – avoid posting in the late afternoon.Once you pin an image from your website, people can click on it and come back to read the article and possibly become a lead. I wouldn't recommend doing this every day but the right combination of your blog images, original images and sharing other peoples images can lead to a successful Pinterest campaign.Don't wait for people to come to you, be proactive. The Pinterestseach feature allows you to find trending topics and people (or businesses) that share the same interests as you. Find these connections and engage by liking, commenting and repinning some of their activity. It's possible to develop relationships with people through images. Give, by repinning, and you shall receive, by others repinning you.

Be sure to include a link to the company website to make it easy for Google Search to connect the two.Creating a prioritized list of circles is another important marketing tip so that viewers can easily see your business focus and encourage them to explore further. Circles should be created on a micro level by working on a business format by adding names to customer’s business and brands having their own circles. The +1 feature is a way for Google+ users to mark online content. When a user clicks on the +1 button, the information is saved to the user’s profile, and it can be shared socially within that person’s different circles.Create a video hangout to help consumers learn more about your products & services by interacting with you in real time.Search results are affected by the people you are friends with on Google+. Linked In: http://www.ekaterinawalter.com/2013/08/7-linkedin-tips-for-small-businesses/By default, LinkedIn assigns you a URL that uses a numeric code (which doesn't mean anything). However, you can go into your settings and click on "Public Profile" to get the option to use your company name in your URL (e.g. linkedin.com/company/your-name-here).LinkedIn Groups can essentially provide you with free market research if you spend time browsing in the right places. One of the best ways to build your business’s reputation on LinkedIn is to ask for recommendations from customers, clients or business partners. Recommendations from others will show up in their profile, meaning that their own network will see it, which gives you a much wider reach than your own network. LinkedIn has detailed search criteria in their Advanced Search, which can help you search for potential connections or other networking opportunities. As well as keywords, names, location and company, you can also search industries, groups, seniority, experience, function, company size and several other categories to allow you to target your efforts and reach contacts in a more focused way than some of the more traditional approaches. In an informal check of LinkedIn search strength, I did a Google search of 20 contacts. In every case, regardless of how visible they are on the web, LinkedIn profiles appeared on the first page with the vast majority appearing in the first five results. Keep your profile current to highlight your experience and expertise at all times. It can serve as a great way to share your history not only with other LinkedIn members but anyone online given the strength of search results.
