I began my Health, Fitness, and Recreation career with the YMCA of Greater Montreal. My 18 years with the YMCA included management responsibilities in: aquatics, child development, youth and adult fitness programming. During this time, I also held many key positions on a variety of committees for the association, and played a role as a Trainer Educator for the YMCA Canada East MRC. In 2006, I joined Health Systems Group (HSG) as General Manager of Fitness and Recreation Services at the YM-YWHA Ben Weider JCC in Montreal.
