the employees, for them to earn a commission each time they
bring in a new business or client to the organization. Apart from
the employees, we will also encourage any willing individual to
work with us as a freelancer to bring in more clients (McQueen,
& McQueen, 2012).
We will leverage on using media in the form of advertisement,
in both offline and online platform. This is to ensure that we
reach out as many possible clients as we can. Rewarding our
loyal customers is another strategy, the customers can be later
12. encouraged to refer us to their friends.

Competitive advantage
13. The major competitive advantage of our company is the vast
experience we have in the transportation industry, and the good
reputation we have built for ourselves through our services.
Another competitive advantage of our organization is that we
have created our business ion a way that is comfortable and
convenient to any client who may need to use our service, be it
for domestic use or commercial use. Hence our business offers a
variety of options and services in the transport industry that
some of the companies don’t have.
We also take good care of employees regarding wages, which
for a fact is the best so far in the industry. Apart from good
salaries, we also include welfare packages and offer both
maternity and paternity leaves for our employees (Gattis, 2010).
Customer savings
By subscribing to many of our service packages, which depends
on the distance coverage in miles and the weight of tons to be
transported. One can save a lot by selecting the package that fits
