6. Our firefighters are located
in the town center ...
They have a kindergarten, a
Firefighter school for young
people and some of them
also play in an orchestra .
8. There is a stadium to play football. It is a big
stadium and usually people from Leiria play
there.
9. It has a sports complex where we can play
handball and football.
It is in this sports complex that we have our
physical education classes.
10. Habitat Bar is the place where many of us go
at weekends at night.
On Saturday night it has karaoke.
11. This is called “club of
the rich”, because it
was formerly where
people with greater
possibilities hung out
at night. Today is no
longer just for rich
people. Sometimes
there are nights of live
music, parties, etc ...
12. Mira de Aire has two primary schools, a junior
high and a secondary school.
