Project Description- Sort- We start our project on the basis of criteria useful and useless
products. Every tool, object and instrument demands of those are evaluated.
Set In Order- Single item found easily when needed, Instrument marked properly, Marking off
the floor.
Shine- Floors, tools, tool racks, devices and especially machines which improves the machine
efficiency as well as Quality.
Standardize- In this stage we destined to create procedures and routines.
Sustain-Last phase is sustaining the level which is reached with four earlier phases
Conclusion- Reduced non-value adding operations.
Time-wasting and useless movements were reduced.
