• FNJ conducted a survey
supported by Internews
to assess the situation of
journalists' usage of
Internet.
• 1,079 respondents from
71 districts analyzed for
report.
• 45.3 % of respondents
between 20-29 years old;
35.2 % are 30-39 years
6. THEY'RE ONLINE
• 87.6 % journalists use internet daily.
• 80.5 % Internet using journalists access it at office.
• 51.3 % Internet using journalists access it at home.
• 12.6 % of them also access Internet on mobile devices.
• 45.4 % of respondents try to be online whenever
possible.
7. FACEHOOKED
• 70 % journalists use Facebook
• Facebook is second biggest online source of
information
• 50 % journalists use Twitter
• 50 % journalists use YouTube
• 40 % journalists use LinkedIn
