Dr. Chu is devoted to CAD/CAM, interaction design, VR,
and collaborative design. Currently the chief moderator
for Ministry of Science and Technology’s AR alliance,
which gathers resources for industry-university
collaboration that aim to develop AR application,
establish and promote key technologies, to improve
interactivity of virtual reality and digital content. AR
alliance consists of academics and experts from all
fields.

Cori Shieh is the key enabler of development for the VR/AR
industry in Taiwan and is regarded as the godmother of VR.
In 2016, Cori gathered entrepreneurs from VR/AR industry
and established the Taiwan Association for Virtual and
Augmented Reality (TAVAR). She is also the founder and
general manager of CJS Interactive, focusing on the link
between Taiwan, China and Silicon Valley VR/AR industry
resources.
