MUSIC.
 Art education - is the area of learning that is
based upon the visual, tangible arts—
drawing, painting, sculpture, and music.
 MUSIC – The art or science of combining vocal or
instrumental sounds (or both) to produce beauty of
form, harmony, and expression of emotion.
 MUSIC - is found in every known culture, past
and present, varying wildly between times and
places. Since all people of the world, including the
most isolated tribal groups, have a form of
music, it may be concluded that music is likely to
have been present in the ancestral population prior
to the dispersal of humans around the world.
Consequently music may have been in existence
for at least 50,000 years and the first music may
have been invented in Africa and then evolved to
become a fundamental constituent of human life.
1. Students will gain skills in and understanding of analysis
and composition of music in the style of the Common-
Practice Period .
2. Students will gain musicianship skills in both aural
perception and sight singing relative to music in the style
of the Common-Practice Period
3. Students will gain knowledge and understanding of
historical musical styles, compositional techniques, and
performance practices of various style periods.
 Music is one form of entertainment. Today, there are many
types that people can enjoy listening. Different artists also
use different kinds of instruments to create wonderful
songs. However, music is not merely for entertainment
since it has many other benefits.
 Music can also teach young children to be disciplined. If
they have discovered that music is part of their being, they
will impose strict compliance to instructions that will
enhance their talent. Like for instance, they will be able to
know the importance of following their mentors. In this
way, they will most likely apply this training to be obedient
to their elders too.
 However music has many advantages, but it's also has
disadvantages too. Listening music waste a lot money.
When the singer show up or release new album, you
always spend your money to buy it every time they
release. If they release 100 different new album, Would
you buy all this album? That's why I can say music
waste a lot of money.
 On the other hands, music waste our time too. When
you are addicted in to music. You always sit and
listening to it without doing anything. You just sit and
listen. You don't go out and do your work.
