Specialist ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],Single-minded,  self-starting, dedicated.  Provides knowledge and skills in rare supply. Contributes on only a narrow front.  Dwells on technicalities.  Overlooks the 'big picture'. Strengths Allowable Weaknesses Characteristics  Specialists are dedicated individuals  who pride themselves   on acquiring technical skills and specialised knowledge
