Working in the cloud is not new
• Started in the late 1990’s
• It takes “practise”
• What is the best way to communicate?
• What is the best medium for each task?
• When is IM best, when is email best and when is the
best time to pick up the phone or even meet in
person?
• Technology has gotten better and more
reliable
• People are the “same”
