This document describes a health monitoring system using an Arduino Uno board that collects data from sensors measuring vital signs like pulse rate and temperature, and transmits the data wirelessly to an IoT website. The system takes readings from sensors like a pulse sensor to measure heart rate, temperature sensors to measure body and room temperature, and a humidity sensor. This sensor data is sent to a doctor and also stored in an IoT server for monitoring of the patient's health in real-time. The system has potential to be useful for remote patient monitoring in emergency situations.
