Christians do not aim to forcibly convert people but rather hope to share the joy and salvation they have found through faith in Jesus Christ. They believe Jesus is the Son of God who sacrificed himself to redeem humanity from sin and offer eternal life. Christians preach the gospel worldwide because Jesus commanded them to share the "good news" with all people and save souls from damnation so they may find hope and purpose. While some criticize missionary work as coercion, Christians see it as compassionately sharing the path to reconciliation with God and spiritual fulfillment.

2. FIRST, LET US KNOW WHAT IS ALL
ABOUT CHRISTIANITY?
● The central principle of Christianity is the belief in Jesus as the
‘Son of God’ and the ‘Redeemer of mankind’. Christians believe
that Jesus was anointed by God as ‘savior of humanity’ with
His coming to earth as fulfillment of messianic (or coming of a
divine being) prophecies, and He is Lord God of the heaven &
the earth, and this they call it as ‘Good News’.
● Christianity is the most widely practiced faith in the world,
with more than 2.6 billion followers and the history of
this world was divided after Jesus’ coming to earth
from heaven, as B.C. & A.D.

3. AND WHY DO CHRISTIANS PREACH
TO EVERYONE IN THE WORLD?
● Though the Christians are mistaken or blamed of ‘conversion’
(which has now become a misguided word, due to ‘political’ &
‘media’ hype), their motive is not ‘religious conversion’ but
‘conversion of heart’ of a person, so that all people are saved from
destruction of their souls and obtain the hope of eternal life.
And Christians do this eagerly for below prime reasons:
● Out of love for others, that they be saved from going to hell
● This is a command of Jesus to all who follow him that they
preach the “good news” to everyone in the world
● As there is a saying in Tamil language, “The joy I have obtained,
let the world also receive it”, the Christian’s intention is to
share the joy to others that they have received it.

4. LET THE MISUNDERSTANDINGS
BE CLARIFIED…
● Of course, this is performed out of good intention and people are not
compelled but they always have the choice to either ‘Accept’ or ‘Reject’!
And whoever just ‘Accept’ for the sake of pleasing the preacher will not
last forever and those are not real ‘conversion’!
● People need to realize that the ‘conversion’ cannot be induced by
money or other worldly things as then the belief of the listener is
not true, will not last long & is of no use! Moreover, the Christians
who preach do not gain anything out of this conversion but just
a joy of soul being saved from destruction & Aren’t they also
endure the persecution laid upon them for preaching this
‘good news’?

5. WHAT DO PEOPLE SAY
ABOUT JESUS?
● People of his times saw him as a good man with full of love,
a prophet leading a holy life, a powerful being doing many
wonders and healing people with compassion, a godly man
sacrificing his life for others & much more.
● Added to above, as the prophecies about Jesus, which is
revealed in Bible (old covenant) even before His appearance
on earth, came true by His first coming to earth & by His
sinless way of life, He is believed to be the incarnation of
God (the Son) and the awaited Messiah (meaning ’Christ’
or ‘sent one’) to save the world!

6. IN SIMPLE TERMS, YOU
BECOME A CHRISTIAN IF…
“you repent of all your sins and
believe in Jesus as your Lord & Savior!”
● So, the core Christian belief is that Jesus who came in human
form, took our place in judgement, paying the penalty of all
(y)our sins in Cross, and gave us the blessing He deserved
because of His perfect sinless life. As we accept this ‘Good
news’ of the death and resurrection of Jesus, we are reconciled
to God, and are offered the promise of everlasting life.
● For Bible says in book of Romans 6:23, “The wages of sin
is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ”

7. NO CONFUSIONS…
IT’S A CLEAR INSTRUCTION
● Jesus revealed himself with Godly qualities and proclaimed,
“I AM the Way, the Truth, and the (everlasting) Life”
● From this declaration of Jesus, we could clearly
understand the path to heaven! Of course, we need
to trust Him and obey His commands!

8. PLEASE KNOW THAT JESUS LOVES YOU
& HAS SHED HIS BLOOD FOR YOU TOO…
● So let us repent today & believe in Jesus to save our
life from destruction & for the hope of eternal life!
● And decide it fast, for Jesus is coming again soon &
the World is nearing its end - as we see & hear the
things happening around us, in our times!
