4. INTRODUCTION OF MORDERN BLOWROOM
In processing the material, different types of machines are necessary, namely
those suitable for opening, those for cleaning and those for blending.
There are no universal machines, and a blowroom line is a sequence of
different machines arranged in series and connected by transport ducts. In its
own position in the line, each machine gives optimum performance – at any
other position it gives less than its optimum. Finally, the assembly of a
blowroom line depends among other things on:
1.The type of raw material;
2The characteristics of the raw material;
3.Waste content;
4.Dirt content;
5.Material throughput;
On the basis of these cases ,there are some modern blowroom lines.From these
blowroom lines, we are going to present the Rieter Blowroom line.

8. Features and functions of UNIfloc A 11
• Bale opening into micro tufts for effective cleaning and dust
extraction
• uniform take-off of bale lay-down by means of bale profiling.
• simultaneous processing of up to 4 assortments
• patented, individually interchangeable double teeth on the
opening roller
• output of up to 1 400 kg/h (carded sliver)
• bale lay-down over a length of 7.2 to 47.2 meters
• take-off width selectable between 1 700 and 2 300 mm
12. Features and functions of UNIclean B 12
The UNIclean is designed for output of up to 1 400 kg/h
(carded sliver).
Fibre yield with simultaneous efficient cleaning is up to
2% higher than on conventional units.
Energy-saving due to low air consumption.
Pre-cleaning without nipping and the use of mote knives
results in fibre-preserving cleaning.
The large dedusting surface ensures intensive dedusting
even at high production performance.
Rapid assessment of high cleaning performance and low
losses of good fibers by visual waste checks.
16. Features and functions of UNImix B 75
The production volume of 1200 kg/h (B 76) results in an excellent
price/performance ratio with comparably low space requirements.
The large storage capacity ensures regular feeding of the downstream
blowroom machines and is the precondition for the production of
quality yarn without personnel intervention.
Bypass facility for the cleaner module (e.g. with man-made fibers) for
rapid mix change. The unique 3-point mixing principle with 8 mixing
chambers produces a good, permanently homogeneous fibre mix.
optimal opening and homogeneous feed to the subsequent process are
thus guaranteed.
Integrated dust removal separates the dust-laden conveying air from
the fiber material. This occurs extremely gently and consequently
improves the running behavior of the spinning machine and thus also
yarn quality

2 Material discharge;
3 Opening rollers;
4 Feed rollers;
5 Perforated metal

7 Open exhaust air
transfer
19. Features and functions of UNIstore A 78
The UNIstore A 78 is used as a storage, dedusting and feeder
machine in the blowroom.
Its main purpose is to provide intermediate storage for
material in order to ensure trouble-free blowroom operation.
The UNIstore A 78 is used where a mixing opener proves
unsuitable for financial, technical or technological reasons.
The structure of the feeding and opening unit guarantees
gentle fiber opening.
The UNIstore A 78 is used where a mixing opener proves
unsuitable for financial, technical or technological reasons.
The integration of a mesh screen filter inside the UNIstore A
78 eliminates the transport air, and creates an efficient
dedusting.
21. Features and functions of Condenser A 21
Almost all manufacturers of blowroom machines, and several
others, now offer recycling installations.
Primary waste is pneumatically fed via condensers into the B
34 mixing opener, pre-cleaned in the UNIclean B 12, dedusted
in the A 21 condenser and cleaned further in the B 51R fine
cleaner.
The transport air is always separated from material and fed to
the pre-filter.The yield of good fibers is fed into the bale press.
Since the same types of machines are used in this recycling
installation as in the blowroom, handling is easy for the
operators.
Secondary waste from the recycling machines and pre-filter is
fed into the bale press for black waste.
Since the same types of machines are used in this recycling
installation as in the blowroom, handling is easy for the
operators.
23. Features and functions of Card C 60
Maximum raw material utilization at carding output
of up to 240 kg/h.
The modular machine design reduces maintenancerelated downtimes to a minimum. Efficient, gentle
removal of trash particles facilitated by the higher
centrifugal forces generated by the card geometry.
Automatic sharpening of the card clothing with the
Integrated Grinding System (IGS) for long clothing
service life and consistent sliver quality.
Gentle processing of man-made fibers and blends
while meeting the highest quality targets
