My responsibilities were:
 Recording of the cost of each project, Direct and indirect expenses, manually by keeping
the vouchers/filing, and after that saving them in system using tally.
 Recording of the presentation of labor and calculating of their salary and overtime in
excel and then in tally provided by the engineer.
 Making payment to the labor via site engineer, and receipt of cash from the customer,
villa owners.
 Keeping the store items record,stock,issue,purchase,transfer
 Payment of electricity and internet/phone bills
 Preparation of final sets of accounts, matching income and expenses from each project.

NASEEM HAFEET transport is involved in supplying drinking and the normal water and also
supply the sand and aggregate to the crushing plants and own Naseem hafeet CONSTRUCTIONS,
and many othere customers in RAK
MAIN DUTIES
 Supply of water need to keep the record of each vehicle and its numberof trips and
expenses
 Receiving cash from the driver of each vehicle and recording of cash and credit trips at
the end of each day.
 Payment of cash to the driver of each water tankerdriver for their fuel and maintenance
against their voucher and keeping the voucher in respected files of that vehicle.
 Giving/sending quotations of the sand and aggregate and water to the customer.
 Preparation of sets of accounts at the end of each month,
 Dividing the profit from the transport between the partner owners.

NASEEM HAFEET GAS SALES:
NASEEM HAFEET GAS SALES is involved in supplying industrial gases like acetylene,argon
mix,oxygen to the crushing plants and other customers and cooking gases .
 Recording /filing the sales vouchers of the two vehicles and then entering the sales into
tally to keep the record of the stock of each type of gas.
 Paying the drivers the fuel expenses of each vehicle against the voucher,and food
expense.
 Keeping the record of gases by type and by the size of the cylinders in tally.
 Providing the boss with the information of inventory he required using tally.
 Preparation of the sets of accounts.
