11. RESEARCH EXPERIENCE!! The opportunity to work with a McNair Research Faculty Member during the summer on a research project.

12. A stipend of up to $2800 for completing the summer Research Experience!!!

13. Opportunities to travel and present your research at McNair Scholars Program conferences!!!

16. Research and Writing skills class to strengthen your skills as a researcher and prepare you for the research experience and graduate school!!!

17. The course is paid for by the university, and you earn 3 hours of upper level course credit.
